IYHD is an opportunity for me to learn through people’s experience. I truly believe that there is a difference between learning from a textbook and providing space and a platform for people to educate one another through their stories. I joined IYHD because this organization allows for people to have their voices heard. I want to be one of those people to hear those voices.

My biggest passion is being able to empower the people around me. I believe that we are all here in order to make an impact on those around us - big or small.
